Iron Curtain - Recon by emersontung Iron Curtain - Recon by emersontung
Hey everyone,

Sorry for the slightly long hiatus. Been busy with my fulltime job and freelances. These are from my recently finished freelance work for a TCG called Untold. They're steampunk robot tanks from a pseudo Soviet type faction called The Iron Curtain. Hope you like!

If you'll like to see the sketches and ideation thumbs for these guys head over to my blog here-> [link]

Cheers!

All works are (c) Wandering Men Studios

Whoah! I'm very impressed!

You've got a really interesting concept here; and you followed through with a neat execution. Not to mention that the colors are a delight! :)

I love so many elements on this robot, particularly the turbine references. My favorite however is the overall design and flawless paintjob, the golden faintly-Ethereal patterns are awesome! :)

If that thing was real, I'd be riding it in no time. Take that comment however you wish. :XD:

My favourite design of the lot. While the others look sturdy and powerful, this one stands out because it looks to be made for speed and manoeuvrability

thanks, dude. This was probably the one I struggled with the most to actually make work. The art brief for this was pretty bizarre...

The multitude of propellers and flying machines attached are designed and placed in such a new and unique way...
